Located in the municipality of Sarteano in agricultural area, hilly and panoramic we find this old farm composed by a single piece divided on two floors. The building is entirely to be restored and it has the typical conformation of tuscan rural buildings, with rooms for agricolture activities on the ground floor, a basement and an annex for tool shed ecc.. and on the first floor the from which people used to access from an outside ladder, that still partially exists. The building is developed on two floors. In total the whole building is around 200 sqm. The structure is made of local stone and ceilings with wooden beams; all the stone can be found already there for the renovation. The land that adds to the property is about 3ha.
