This complex, was in the past, a Convent. It is located in beautiful Sarteano, along the walls of one of the historic centers of the country.

This building is recoverable using restructuring methods that include using the same authentic architectural standards and designs of the building.
The adjacent land, located downstream of the property on the north side, is used as a grove. Following major renovations and restoration, the building was able to regain it's own peculiar characteristics and environmental factors, as well as providing fine accommodation and functionality.
This new destination hotel is able to accommodate customers in the large panoramic dining rooms and bedrooms with bathrooms, furnished with period furniture, all encompassed by a large garden with shady Pine Trees and the vastness of the landscape on the lakes.

The hotel restaurant offers arrangements of four double rooms, two triple and one quadruple. Each room contains fragments of monastic life. The quadruple room, which overlooks the Val di Chiana and Lakes Trasimeno, Chiusi and Montepulciano, was formerly the property of Abbess: inside is still the original oven for baking.
The decor of the rooms is in harmony with the environment and ceilings remain intact with beams. Guests have access to a good selection of local wines, especially the Brunello di Montalcino and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and Chianti Classico.
